Pay Rate: £30,000 – £33,000 per annum
Duration: Full-Time / 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the Centre’s internal systems ensuring compliance with Financial, Health & Safety, and Environmental procedures.
Oversee the maintenance services, managing the Centre’s Helpdesk system.
Liaise with the Authority and SPV to meet contractual requirements.
Write reports and work with department teams to ensure all areas meet the Company’s quality standards.
Perform Duty Manager duties when required.
Requirements:
Analytical approach to service delivery with attention to detail.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, customers, and employees.
Effective communication at all levels of the organisation.
Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
Commitment to maintaining good employee relations and delivering quality training.
Desirable qualifications: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, Pool Plant Operators qualification, and a recognised Leisure Management qualification.
