Key Responsibilities:
Provide emotional and physical care using a person-centred approach
Promote residents’ independence, dignity, and well-being
Build relationships with residents, families, and staff
Work collaboratively with care staff to provide the best possible care
Requirements:
A clear DBS check (assistance available if required)
Relevant training in health and social care is an advantage but not essential as training is provided
Passion for improving lives, with or without prior experience in care work
Schedule:
Day and night shifts, including weekends
