We are recruiting passionate Care Assistants to join a warm and welcoming care home in Silver End. Drivers are preferred due to the home’s location, which can be difficult to access via public transport.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide for the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of residents using a person-centred approach.
Promote and respect residents’ choice, independence, dignity, privacy, and fulfilment of their rights.
Build and maintain professional relationships with residents, their families, friends, and other stakeholders.
Support and collaborate with other care staff to ensure the best possible care.
Requirements:
A clear DBS check is required (assistance provided if necessary).
Relevant training or qualifications in health and social care is a bonus, but comprehensive training is provided.
Experience in care homes or residential settings is preferred but not mandatory; passion for improving residents’ well-being is most important.
