Opportunity for a Technical Specialist to join a Managed Services Provider in Cayman Islands, with expertise in Cybersecurity, IT Support services & Hybrid IT. The Technical Specialist will specialize in deployment, management and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365, Azure & Entra ID for the company’s clients.
*Job will be based in Cayman Islands*
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID solutions. Troubleshoot & resolve any issues related to services
• Monitor and maintain client’s cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID technologies.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID.
•Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert would be beneficial
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards in cloud computing would be an advantage
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
