Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist in the assembly, installation, or repair of structures and fixtures.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work well within a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods or maintenance practices is preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
