About Us:
Aer Rianta International Inc. is a leading operator of duty free shops in international airports. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team.
Job Objective:
The FP&A Analyst will participate in financial forecasting, budgeting and analysis to support strategic decision making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial and business plans.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information for financial analysis.
- Support the monthly financial reporting process including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision making.
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in financial planning and analysis, experience in retail would be an asset.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills and financial software applications, such as Navision (asset).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English.
