Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking energetic and motivated Chefs & Cooks . You will play a pivotal role in food preparation, cooking, presentation, and stock control. You’ll contribute to a strong team environment, taking on responsibilities such as ordering, compliance, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Upholding the highest standards of hygiene and food safety is paramount, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines and club policies. Effective communication with stakeholders and support for Work Health and Safety Compliance activities are also key aspects of the role.
Requirements:
– Experience in plating and presenting dishes in a restaurant-style setting.
– Understanding of safe food handling practices and HACCP principles.
– Knowledge of food quality control and a passion for creating dishes and assisting with menu changes.
– Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
– Familiarity with strict health, hygiene standards, and Workplace Health & Safety legislation.
