We are looking for multiple Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a solid nursing foundation and the expertise to deliver exceptional patient care. . Candidates with Asylum, TPS, or DACA status, as well as Canadian applicants, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

  • Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care.
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.

Assessment and Planning:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.

Unit-Specific Responsibilities:

  • ICU: Deliver critical care, including continuous monitoring, ventilator management, and administration of complex medications.
  • ER: Triage and stabilize patients in emergencies with rapid assessment and treatment.
  • Medical-Surgical: Care for patients post-surgery or with medical conditions, including wound care and pain management.
  • Long Term Care: Manage chronic conditions and rehabilitation for patients requiring extended care.
  • OB Unit: Support labor, delivery, postpartum care, and neonatal care to ensure the safety of mothers and babies.
  • BH Unit: Provide care for patients with behavioral health needs, including monitoring mental health conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with psychiatric teams to ensure holistic treatment.

Requirements:

  • Nursing Degree: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program is also acceptable.
  • State Licensure: Active and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment, in good standing with the state nursing board.
  • Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for all units.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required for ICU, ER, and OB unit positions.
  • Experience: Prior hospital experience is preferred, especially in specialized units such as ICU, ER, Medical-Surgical, Long Term Care, OB, or BH.
