In this role, you’ll provide outstanding leadership to care staff, manage residents with various complex needs, and deliver clinical nursing services such as medication management and infection prevention. Key Responsibilities:
Leading care staff and ensuring residents’ well-being
Providing clinical nursing to residents, including medication management, wound care, and catheter management
Maintaining clinical excellence and developing tailored care plans
Supporting residents with complex needs and ensuring high-quality care
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse
Understanding of clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST
Experience in writing comprehensive care plans
Strong desire to help people and work in a caring and passionate team
