Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all users of the health and fitness facilities.
Promote excellent customer service and motivate people to enjoy exercise through good communication and selling skills.
Take responsibility for all aspects of daily operations of the health and fitness facilities.
Drive the Expressions brand, including during Inductions, Fitness Assessments, and Personal Programmes.
Adhere to all operational and sales procedures.
Requirements:
REPS level 2 or equivalent qualification is desirable.
Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must gain acceptance and respect from clients and teams.
Must build strong relationships with customers, clients, and employees.
Strong communication skills at all levels
