Job News:
We are currently recruiting passionate and enthusiastic Female Support and Care Workers to join our team, providing care in and around the Ipswich area. Due to the needs of the service, the position is open to female candidates only.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering compassionate care to residents and clients
Following person-centred approaches to meet physical, emotional, and social needs
Providing assistance in daily activities, maintaining resident dignity and independence
Supporting other team members in ensuring high-quality care
Requirements:
DBS check (we can assist if necessary)
Relevant training certificates (desirable)
Prior experience in care (desirable but not essential)
Empathy, kindness, commitment, and enthusiasm for improving residents’ well-being
