Job News: 

Oxa is hiring a Vehicle Systems Integration Engineer. The role involves integrating complex vehicle systems, working with autonomous vehicles, testing and commissioning new hardware, and debugging electrical and hardware issues.

Key Responsibilities:

– Integrate complex vehicle systems for autonomous vehicles

– Work with self-driving car sensing technology (LiDAR, Cameras, RADAR)

– Perform system calibrations and ensure system functionality

– Basic software development for hardware integration and automation processes

– Write and perform test cases, debug issues with CANbus systems

– Document processes and contribute to vehicle build and testing protocols

Requirements:

– Degree in Engineering or related field

– Background in automotive, robotics, or systems engineering

– Familiarity with Python scripting, rapid prototyping (Matlab/Simulink/dSPACE)

– Knowledge of CANbus systems and autonomous systems

– Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication

– Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines

– Experience with UNIX/Linux

– Familiarity with autonomous vehicle prototypes

– Automotive industry exposure with prototype vehicles

– Hands-on experience building and modifying cars/robots

– Full driving license
