Pay Rate: $100,000 – $120,000 USD per year (based on skills, knowledge, and location)

Job News: 

Oxa is seeking a Solutions Engineer to contribute to the technical development and delivery of customer solutions using the company’s autonomous vehicle products. This field-based role provides exposure to the entire autonomy stack, focusing on robotics and autonomous system deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop a strong understanding of customer use-cases and requirements

– Design and implement solutions that meet customer needs

– Participate in sprint and alignment meetings for efficient delivery

– Share knowledge and collaborate with Oxa teams

– Create and maintain documentation of software architecture, APIs, and decision flows

– Build, upgrade, and maintain maps for customer testing

– Deploy and verify software, sensors, and networking components

– Conduct vehicle acceptance testing

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s / MASc degree or equivalent in computer science, robotics, electrical, or mechanical engineering

– 3-5 years of experience in robotics system development or deployment

– Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or automotive

– Strong problem-solving skills and debugging experience

– Knowledge of GitLab, CI, and hardware-in-the-loop testing

– Experience with C++/Python, Linux, shell scripting, and networking

– Experience with platform hardware, systems integration, or POC prototyping

– Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
