Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with all facets of care, including activities of daily living, health promotion, and person-centered care.

- Provide support in carrying out complex care as directed by the registered nurse.
- Develop competencies in mentoring and instructing personnel, caregivers, and other staff members.

- Exhibit a comprehensive comprehension of the Mental Capacity Act.
- Strategize and oversee the conflicting obligations of academic coursework, work placement, and job responsibilities.
Requirements:
- An associate’s degree in nursing at the foundation level.
- Associate of Registered Nursing (NMC).
- A Foundational Level of Education.
- Successful completion of the end-point assessment for candidates who have completed an apprenticeship program.
- Level 2 in English and Mathematics or GCSE Grades A-C in English and Mathematics.
- Certificate of Care.
- Five Grade A-C GCSEs, including English and mathematics.
- Level 3 qualification in a health-related field.
