Role and Responsibilities
– Provide nursing and care delivery services within the home.
– Supervise staff on duty to ensure care delivery in accordance with residents’ individual care plans, policies, and procedures.
– Maintain the physical and mental well-being of residents, enabling them to maintain their rights, identity, and independence.
Requirements
– Registered RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN.
– Professional, diligent, empathetic, and reliable work ethos.
– Previous experience of working in a care home or similar is desirable.
– Subject to an enhanced criminal record check.
Benefits
– £20.00 per hour.
– Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
