Job Description
Radfield Home Care is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join their team in Barnet & Finchley. The role involves providing personalized care for older people in their own homes, helping them to enjoy a rewarding and comfortable ageing experience. Radfield Home Care is a family-run business known for its high standards and commitment to caring for both clients and staff.
Location : Barnet & Finchley, London, N11 1GN
Responsibilities
– Provide high-quality care and support to elderly clients in their homes
– Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
– Support clients with mobility and physical exercises
– Offer companionship and emotional support
– Administer medication as needed
– Maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements
– No previous experience required; full training provided
– Must be over the age of 18
– Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
– Right to work in the UK
– Strong personality and good values essential for delivering great care
– Ability to work weekends
– This role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references
