Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies
- Experience with Node.js for server-side development
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Balsamiq, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Familiarity with email marketing design and development
- Experience with Redux or other state management libraries is a plus
