Pay Rate: £11.44 £11.70 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Support adults with various needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health
- Empower individuals to live fulfilled and ambitious lives
- Provide high quality, tailored support

- Assist with practical tasks like medication management, shopping, health needs, and hygiene

- Satisfactory Police Check and ISA List check (where applicable)

Requirements:

Qualification:
- Good general education
- RQF Level 2 or above in social care
- Previous experience in social care
- Knowledge of Equal Opportunities and regulatory frameworks
