Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions to capture configuration specifications, training requirements, and identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
- Configure and test clinical workflows, manage requirement intake, create test plans, conduct end to end and user acceptance testing, and make necessary adjustments to meet customer needs.
- Deliver demos and presentations, create training strategies and materials, provide training sessions, and offer onsite and remote end user training and support.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert, bridging the gap between Solvent and end users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Management, or a related field with a strong affinity for technology, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in IT, including MS Office.
- Experience in Healthcare/Healthcare IT.
- Knowledge of EMR systems like Cerner, Epic, Meditech, CareFlow, etc.
- Experience in training clinicians and conducting software implementation and change management projects.
- Strong functional and user acceptance testing skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
- Experience with speech recognition or natural language processing.
- Excellent customer focus, communication, presentation, analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Strong relationship building skills with customers and colleagues, and a team player mentality.
