Key Responsibilities:
- Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs.
- Help individuals flourish and live fulfilled lives.
- Provide high quality, tailored support.
- Engage in activities such as cooking, art, listening to music, movie nights, and food outings.
- Offer practical support with medication, shopping, health needs, and hygiene.
- Follow procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care.
Requirements:
- Good general education
- Honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness
- Passion for making a difference
- Commitment to ivolve’s values and objectives
- Satisfactory police check and ISA List check (where applicable)
- Willingness to undertake training and development
Qualifications:
- RQF Level 2 or above in social care
- Previous experience in social care
- Knowledge of equal opportunities and regulatory frameworks
- Confident IT user
