Key Responsibilities:
- Support adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.
- Empower individuals to live fulfilled and ambitious lives.
- Provide high quality, tailored support.
- Engage in activities such as cooking, art, music, movie nights, and food outings.
- Provide practical support, including medication management, shopping, health needs, hygiene, and maintaining a tidy and safe environment.
- Follow procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care and support.
Requirements:
- Good general education.
- Honesty, reliability, and a passion to make a difference.
- Commitment to the aims and objectives of ivolve.
- Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable).
- Commitment to training and development.
- RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
- Previous experience in a social care setting.
- Knowledge of Equal Opportunities and regulatory frameworks.
- Confident IT user.
