Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers politely and assist with locating merchandise and making purchase decisions.
- Promote products/services and resolve customer issues, referring concerns as necessary.
- Assign and follow up on Customer Availability Process tasks such as section work, capping bins, and stocking picks.
- Oversee price changes and feature set completions.
- Delegate and assist with the completion of modular setups in assigned areas.
- Provide support with recovery and zoning activities as needed.
- Maintain a hazard free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Complete safety sweep logs and ensure displays are secure and free of debris.
- Ensure associates take breaks according to coverage requirements.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to associates.
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
