Key Responsibilities:
- Source and sell parts and accessories to customers.
- Generate quotes and complete orders as requested.
- Assist customers with any warranty or service needs postsale.
- Handle sales calls and inquiries.
- Load and unload parts deliveries, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain the retail sales floor to dealership standards.
- Take a proactive approach to inventory control and report discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with strong product knowledge preferred; training is available for the right candidate.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of agriculture and equipment is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and word processing/spreadsheet software.
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
