Key Responsibilities:
- Handle, restrain, and care for animals undergoing treatment and surgery
- Assist the veterinarian before, during, and after surgery
- Prepare and administer medications and vaccines under the direction of the veterinarian
- Administer treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian
- Counsel clients on animal health care
- Provide nursing care and rehabilitation therapy for animals
- Perform reception and clerical duties

- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non university certificate or diploma from a 12 year program, or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years in a relevant field
