Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and show them to their table
- Prepare tables, ensuring they are clean and fully set
- Maintain knowledge of the complete menu, daily specials, and available items
- Present customers with the menu, inform them of daily specials, and take orders
- Check the quality of dishes before seeing them
- Delier food and beverages in a timely manner
- Attend tables and ensure customer satisfaction
- Delier checks and take payments
- Handle customer complaints
- Strictly adhere to food, sanitary, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Experience as wait staff, serer, or in a similar role preferred
- Experience operating a cash register and using ordering systems
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good physical condition
- Good team player
