Key Responsibilities:
- Influence store results, including sales and profit.
- Determine your store’s product assortment to meet the community’s needs.

Requirements:
- A passion for customer service and merchandising excellence.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a high volume, fast paced retail environment.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and skills.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and the ability to learn new software.
Relocation Requirements:
Candidates must be willing to relocate to multiple markets in the northernmost regions of Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Quebec, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories. Relocation arrangements will be made and paid for by The North West Company.
