Key Responsibilities:
- Accept various forms of payment including cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit
- Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts
- Operate computerised inventory recordkeeping and reordering systems
- Provide advice about merchandise
- Advertise and promote products, sales, or services
- Perform data entry tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist in merchandise display
- Conduct sales transactions via Internet Based ecommerce
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
- Greet customers and discuss their needs regarding merchandise or services
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease

- College, CEGEP, or other non university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
