Key Responsibilities:
- As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will support our team by editing existing templates and processing images and assets. You will work as part of a dynamic, multi disciplined team on multilanguage campaigns, exporting print and digital content to the highest standards. This fulltime role includes the following responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Graphic Studio Manager.
- Updating existing materials such as digital newsletters, web banners, and web graphics.
- Creating new campaign concepts and promotional material for digital platforms.
- Editing video content for social media and tradeshows.
- Taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
- Gathering inspiration, creating mood boards, and proposing new ways for Portwest to interact with our customers.
- Creating cutting edge design proposals for our ecommerce presence on Amazon and our new B2B website.
- Managing digital content for ecommerce and websites based on project briefs from product marketing.
- Overseeing, managing, and reporting on our digital media hub.
- Creating multiregional campaign assets for our campaign team.
- Developing motion graphics for our social media, website, and ecommerce platforms.
Requirements:
- 4/5 years of industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps, particularly After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of design techniques: brainstorming, concepts, proofing, and feedback.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative flair and keen eye for detail.
- Meticulous organisational skills.
- Experience pitching creative concepts.
- Proactive approach to handling heavy workloads.
- Positive attitude and growth mindset.
- Familiarity with 3D software and animation.
- Experience with various formats (Print, display ads, HTML5).
- Experience localising assets for different markets.
