Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Portwest’s style code logic.
- Create style codes and attributes in the MRP system.
- Maintain data quality in the MRP system.
- Link styles to the website.
- Set up and maintain pricing agreements in the MRP system.
- Manage forecasting settings for styles.
- Create barcodes as needed.
- Collaborate with the Customs team to ensure correct HS Codes.
- Validate databases and associated reports.
- Respond to cross department queries regarding data.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics data processing principles.
- Expertise in data governance and quality management.
- Comfortable working with large datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Systematic and organised approach to work.
- Curious, analytical, and a problem solver.
- Ability to challenge data and processes.
- Understanding of product attributes related to warehouse storage and handling.
- Proficiency with M3/Infor and database systems.
- Good communication skills.
