Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support for the use of Vitalograph devices and systems.
- Investigate and resolve issues/queries independently.
- Log and update queries/issues using our internal ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other departments to find solutions when necessary.
- Maintain logs and trackers based on routine activities.
- Assist with external user access for systems and services.
- Set up devices for clinical trials.
- Analyse data from company medical devices.
Requirements:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus and concentration for extended periods.
- Customer service experience via email and phone.
- Previous experience in a remote technical support role is advantageous.
