Key Responsibilities:
- Our Care Assistant will provide essential services to our service users in their homes, ensuring they can maintain their independence.
- Assisting with dressing, bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Supporting with continence management and pressure sore care
- Assisting with mobility and rehabilitation aids
- Administering medication and notifying the GP of any health changes
- Providing companionship and assistance with daily activities
- Performing general cleaning and household tasks
- Assisting with meal preparation and shopping
