Key Responsibilities:
- Basic food preparation, counter setup, and serving of food and beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer care to clients and customers
- Respond positively to individual customer requests and aim to exceed their expectations
- Adhere to food hygiene and Health & Safety guidelines provided during training
- Ensure proper storage of food items and equipment after service
- Assist colleagues in a positive and willing manner, including other duties as required
Requirements:
- Positive ‘cando’ attitude
- Excellent people and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn
- Proficiency in English
- Previous experience in catering or customer service is advantageous but not essential
