Key Responsibilities:
- Accept various forms of payment including cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit
- Operate a cash register
- Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts
- Manage computerised inventory recordkeeping and reordering systems
- Provide advice about merchandise
- Advertise and promote products, sales, or services
- Perform data entry tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist in merchandise display
- Conduct sales transactions via Internet Based ecommerce
- Greet customers and discuss their needs regarding merchandise or services
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
Requirements:
- Fast Paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
- Physically demanding tasks
- Repetitive tasks
- Ability to distinguish between colours
Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
