Key Responsibilities:
- Performing basic food preparation, counter set up, and serving of food and beverages
- Ensuring the highest level of customer care is provided to clients and customers
- Demonstrating a positive attitude towards individual customer requests and striving to exceed customer expectations
- Adhering to food hygiene and Health & Safety guidelines
- Maintaining correct storage of food items and equipment after service
- Assisting colleagues in a positive manner and supporting with other duties as required
Requirements:
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Good people and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn
- A good level of English
- Previous experience in catering or customer service is advantageous but not essential
