Position: Cashier and Greeter

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls.
- Run a waitlist if needed.
- Ring up guests properly, suggesting selling, and warmly welcoming our guests.
- Take “to go” orders and handle correct money transactions, up to twenty times during a scheduled shift if applicable.
- Project a positive image at all times.
- Assist other staff members as needed.
- Observe customers and respond to additional requests/complaints, etc.
- Act as a resource for guests regarding the restaurant, promotions, specials, staff, menu, hours of operation, etc.
- Perform other functions assigned by management, such as taking out linen, trash, stocking, checking restrooms, bus tubs, refilling ice, and washing glassware.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be 19 or older.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Moderate exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Must report to work in a neat, clean uniform and present a wellgroomed, hygienic appearance.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, management, and coworkers.
- Must possess basic maths, reading, and writing skills.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Must be able to make change.
- Must be multi task oriented.
- Must have knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
Qualification:
- Any and all certifications when applicable
