Position: Fitness Specialist

Location: 684 Fazio Drive, Inlet Beach, FL 32461
Salary: $17 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Utilise POS systems and member based systems efficiently.
- Schedule personal training and fitness classes.
- Anticipate and address member and guest needs promptly.
- Perform fitness assessments and design workout programs for various clientele.
- Assist with strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
- Maintain knowledge of property and services.
- Assist with equipment usage and monitor safety.
- Handle retail merchandise sales and maintain inventory.
- Schedule and monitor group exercise classes.
- Assist with wellness programming and events.
Requirement:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in wellness/fitness preferred.
- Degree or certification in wellness/health preferred.
- Basic English proficiency.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Consistent work ethic and high standards.
- Interpersonal skills to engage guests effectively.
- Familiarity with POS and maintenance procedures.
- Knowledge of health and wellness practices.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Self Motivated with the ability to motivate others.
Certifications:
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
