Key Responsibilities:
- Washing dishes and operating the dishwasher to ensure cleanliness of all china ware, silverware, and cooking utensils
- Scrubbing pots and pans
- Burnishing, de tarnishing, and polishing silverware
- Stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment
- Performing cleaning duties such as mopping and trash removal
- Transporting and storing clean serviceware
- Assisting in training other stewards, as needed
- Preparing and setting up clean serviceware for events and functions
Qualifications:
- Previous stewarding/dishwashing experience preferred, but not required
- Open availability to work any day and shift
- Ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking and standing, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to bend, stoop, walk, and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
