Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tourists with personalised support during refund transactions.
- Support tourists throughout the refund process, liaising with Customs authorities.
- Maintain high levels of customer experience throughout the refund journey.
- Communicate effectively with the main office and other departments regarding daily business.
- Undertake general administrative tasks as assigned by the refund manager
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in the finance industry.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures.
- Strong ability to work in customer facing roles.
