Position: Deputy Store Manager

Pay: €48,000 a year

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in the daytoday operations of the store
- Drive a target driven approach to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
- Maintain excellent shop floor presentation
- Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at all times
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a fast paced environment
- Full driving licence
- Passion for working in a dynamic environment, meeting targets, and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
