Key Responsibilities:
- Interact daily with the public, assisting their visits to the town centre
- Sell gift cards and handle printing tasks
- Address customer queries and complaints in person and over the phone
- Maintain a high level of service excellence at all times
Requirements:
- Some retail experience preferred but not required
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Availability for a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Basic understanding of Excel and Microsoft Word
