Key Responsibilities:
- Work primarily with Revit and AutoCAD in an office based environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to detailed design.
- Utilise Point Clouds to extract Revit Models from 3D scans.
- Conduct site visits and perform 3D scans as needed.
- Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings and models.
- Coordinate drawing production according to project timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and independently meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Revit Modeller/CAD Draughtsperson.
- Strong engineering knowledge.
- Experience with Point Clouds is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in planning, organisation, teamwork, and presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Familiarity with Planning Applications and Building Regulations is preferred.
- Suitable training will be provided to the right candidate.
