Key Responsibilities:
- Adherence to Myhomecare’s Policies and Procedures.
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of service users.
- Maintaining accurate records of care plans.
- Compliance with working hour recording.
- Reporting any concerns to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
- Participation in service user support reviews.
- Leading and supporting care staff, including training and supervision.
- Undertaking personal development to enhance care provision.
- Providing frontline care within the service user’s residence, aiming to enhance their independence.
- Senior Homecare Assistants lead and support care staff, providing training and supervision to ensure quality care delivery.
Requirements:
- Full Fetac Level 5 or Higher Major Award in Healthcare.
- 1 year of experience with Myhomecare.ie.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
- Fulltime availability.
