Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their evolving needs and proactively meeting daily requirements.
- Actively manage operational performance to ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
- Lead projects to drive business development and achieve organisational goals.
- Motivate, train, and develop a team to enhance performance and bring innovative ideas to the business.
- Ensure smooth operation of food and beverage outlets, maintaining world class service standards.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, implementing procedures and regulations.
- Foster excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain mystery shopper KPIs and strive for continuous improvement.
- Oversee HR administration duties for team management.
- Manage daily operations, including cash handling procedures and equipment stock control.
- Stay informed of market trends and drive business innovation.
- Achieve and maintain revenue and expenditure targets.
- Drive visitor participation rates and manage labour percentages effectively.
- Follow and implement Aramark policies and procedures across the business.
Requirements:
- Approved catering qualification at diploma/degree level or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience, with at least 3 years in a management or department head role.
- Strong people management skills with experience leading large teams.
- Detail Oriented with a focus on service standards.
- Passion for food and service innovation.
- Extensive knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse and fast paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Commercially focused with budget management experience.
- Proactive, self motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Passionate supporter of the Seasons, Aramark, and Guinness brands.
