Job Hours: Part Time (15 hours)

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide learners through the Skills for Education & Employment course, tailored to meet individual needs
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of training programs
- Assist learners in exploring career paths and educational opportunities
- Ensure systematic training delivery according to specified curricula
- Facilitate learners in developing knowledge, skills, and confidence for progression outcomes
- Meet key performance indicators for learner placement, progression, and certification targets
- Liaise with stakeholders to maintain program allocations and support learners in reviewing past experiences and setting future goals
Requirements:
- Third level qualification, preferably in Education/Training or Social Sciences
- Pedagogical/training qualification (Train the Trainer QQI Level 6 minimum)
- Relevant occupational experience working with learners in educational or developmental contexts
- Experience in mental health related areas is advantageous
