Key responsibilities
Mix and apply plaster materials according to specifications
Create and maintain molds for aircraft components
Ensure smooth and accurate surface finishes
Adhere to strict quality control standards
Work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manual dexterity and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Experience working with plaster or similar materials is preferred
- Understanding of basic manufacturing processes is a plus
