Key responsibilities
Provide care and support to young people in a residential setting
Supervise and monitor young people’s activities
Develop and implement individual care plans
Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the well-being of young people Document progress and report on incidents easily
Requirements
- Certificate III in Youth Work or a related field
- Experience working with young people in a residential setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong commitment to child safety and well-being
