Job Description:
- Ensuring a memorable experience for our members and guests.
- Opening and closing assigned golf food comfort stations daily, maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and adequate stock levels of snacks, candies, and beverages.
- The role may involve basic food preparation, cooking, and serving of golf course outlet menu items.
- Contribute to crafting the distinctive Discovery Land Company experience for both members and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all outlet stations
- Ensure proper storage of outlet food in adherence to food safety standards.
- Receive and store food and beverage deliveries
- Monitor stock levels at sales office and fitness areas
- Take and relay food or beverage orders to the kitchen as needed
- Track food inventory and communicate restocking needs
- Greet members formally and provide exceptional service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) months previous food service or guest service experience, preferably in a high-end restaurant, club, or resort
- Knowledge of HACCP & local food safety standards; possession or ability to obtain State Food Safety Certificate
- Familiarity with wines and beverages
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and service
